Details, Terms, and Conditions
Each Gardner’s Table membership is $35 annually (cost covers fuel and 2 cooler bags per member) and includes:

❖ Access to our private members Facebook group where you can share ideas and recipes
❖ Bi-weekly emails with recipes, tips and videos for the kitchen
❖ Early access to new items and products
❖ Membership runs from October, 1st, 2021 - September, 31st, 2022
*Product guarantee includes whole chickens, breasts, legs and thighs, and eggs. Wings, bone broth kits, dog treats and organ meats are not included.
Ordering
Place your monthly order online through our website (www.gfamilyfarm.com), by calling Ellen at 507-822-7035 or by emailing ellen@gfamilyfarm.com. Our members aren’t required to order each month, but we know you would miss having that chicken on hand so make sure you get your order in on time each month. Orders can be placed anytime before and up until 11:59pm of the Wednesday prior to your delivery day. Orders placed after 11:59pm will be fulfilled on the next delivery date.
Communications
Once you’re signed up we will send a welcome email to get things started, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you add ellen@gfamilyfarm.com to your contacts so you don’t miss any of our emails. We’ll be sending reminders when delivery days are approaching so we want to make sure you don’t miss them. There will also be a bi-weekly email with stories, recipes, tips and videos that you can use in the kitchen in case you aren’t sure what to do with those chicken livers you just bought :) If you need to get in touch with us about your order you can email Ellen at ellen@gfamilyfarm.com or call 507-822-7035.
Pickups
Remember to bring your cooler bag (received at the first delivery) to be swapped for a alternate bag at pickup. Members must arrive during their selected pickup time unless prior arrangements have been made with Ellen or Jim. Deliveries will be on the 1st Thursday of the month for Uptown and West Bloomington and the 3rd Thursday of the month for Winona and Decorah from October 2021 - May 2022. After May of 2022, delivery dates may be subject to change, depending on the local farmers market schedule. If Gardner Family Farm is attending a farmers market near the scheduled delivery location we will switch the delivery location to the market. However, if we are not attending a market near our pre-determined delivery location we will continue deliveries to the agreed upon pickup location. *The first Winona pickup day will be on Saturday, October 23rd, at the Winona Farmers Market but the rest of the pickup days will be as scheduled on the 3rd Thursday of the month. We will notify you before making any changes to delivery times or locations.
Late or Missed Pickups
Orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time without prior communication will be held and delivered on the next delivery day. Orders can also be canceled and refunded at any time. If an order has been ordered, paid for, and has not been picked up by our final delivery date it will be returned and refunded.
Cancelling Membership:
Membership may be canceled at any time but the $35 membership fee is non-refundable.
