Members have their entire 6 or 12 month share reserved immediately upon subscribing. So even once we sell out of chicken for the year, your orders are reserved and waiting for you.

Step 1 - Pick a Chicken Share

Half Share

- 1 Whole Chicken (small)

- 2.5-3.5 pounds of cut-ups (Leg/thighs and breasts)

- A total of 6-8 lbs of chicken each month

A typical delivery would include 1 small whole chicken, 1 pkg legs/thighs and 1 pkg breasts.

Full Share

- 1 Whole Chicken (medium)

- 5.5-6.5 lbs of chicken cut-ups (Leg/thighs and breasts)

- A total of 10-12 lbs of chicken each month

A typical delivery would include 1 medium whole chicken, 2 pkgs legs/thighs and 2 pkgs breasts.

Farmer’s Share

- 1 Whole Chicken (medium)

- 5.5-6.5 lbs of chicken cut-ups (leg/thighs and breasts)

- 1 package of ground chicken

- 1-2 packs of turkey (thighs, breast, or ground)

-A total of 13-15 lbs of meat each month

An example delivery would include 1 medium whole chicken, 2 pkgs chicken breasts, 2 pkgs chicken leg/thighs, 1 pk ground chicken, 1 package turkey breast.

- 2.5 - 3.5 lbs Breasts

- 2.5 - 3.5 lbs Legs and Thighs
